Caring for End of Life Transitions in the Buddhist Tradition

Spiritual Care and Support
TLC Transitional Life Care provides informal support through the process of dying to individuals, families, caregivers, friends, and the community. We present educational programs and videos, workshops, and host support talk groups. TLC also offers a concise Buddhist end-of-life manual, 'Instructions for the Transitional State' and a large variety of resources found on this website for those who wish to acknowledge and prepare for their end of life transition, all from a Vajrayana Buddhist perspective. All of our activities are motivated to support this.
